Emmanuel Nkosinathi Gweva born in the Vaal south of Johannesburg completed his studies in acting at the Fuba school of Arts in Johannesburg. Cutting his teeth on the theater stage as he has performed alongside South Africas biggest names on major stages and festivals like the Market Theater, Macufe and NAF in Grahamstown. 2007 saw him break into the small screen with notable roles in Sokhulu and Partners and Emmy nominated series Home Affairs. Thina Sobabili is his first Lead role in a feature film.

Mpho Popps Modikoane - Mandla

MANDLA


Mpho "Popps" Modikoane first came to national attention as a contestant who made it to the final of the 2009 local hit reality show, So You Think You're Funny. After this initial exposure he became a regular on the Johannesburg comedy club circuit, sharing the stage with the likes of Trevor Noah and Marc Lottering. This was followed by a spot on the line-up for David Kau's national comedy tour: Blacks Only (2009, 2010, 2012, 2013), where his performances were invariably lauded with standing ovations. Other shows Mpho has performed in as a comic include: Just Because Comedy Festival at the Market Theatre (2009), a twelve week/forty-four show run at Gold Reef Citys Loads of Laughs (2011 - 2012), Bafunny Bafunny ( 2012), Mass Hysteria as the Minister of Youth (2013) and headlining The Comics Choice Awards TM Showcase (2013).

Richard Lukunku is a South African actor best known for his starring role as craft market manager Pascal Etana in the Mzansi Magic telenovela lnkaba, from 2012-2013. He is aslo known for his starring role as Detective Phaka on the Mzansi Magic crime drama series Mshika-shika,in 2012 Richard has appeared in a number of television series including TheMirage of life, The Quest, Strike Back and Rhythm City. Thato Dhladla was Born in the heart of Soweto . His passion for the arts has driven him to persist and excel in his craft as a filmmaker. He now holds a Bachelor of Arts degree having graduated from film school in 2010. As an actor, he holds under his belt the first season of Mshika-Shika (DSTV Series) Mystery of the Stolen Voice (Feature Film). His ability to conduct behind the lens has awarded him opportunities to work with both local and international greats. In the multi-camera industry, he has been a specialist operator travelling the country and the African continent delivering work for Eurovision, MTN, NEDBANK, Barclays, IBM, City of Joburg, Discovery, SASOL, Comedy Central and countless more.

Zikhona Sodlaka - Zoleka

Zikhona Sodlaka is a South African actress best known for her starring roles in such television series as Shooting Stars, Rhythm City, Soul City, lntsika Montana and Long walk to freedom. Born in Mthatha in the Eastern Cape, she grew up in KwaZulu-Natal. She found success as a model, on television commercials and with a big part on Generations, but she has always wanted to act and made sure that she was at as many auditions as possible in order to crack television drama.
